If you take a look in game at the finish moves list you can find their locked finish and it will propose you to buy the pack if you cluck on it
You can’t find it anywhere it’s fully removed? Same with the Ghost skin with the Crystal skull.
Just click on the empty tab at operator selection or find at the weapon tree via shop.

My favorite skin to use for 3rd person. Bundle sucks though. Wish the guns had some type of tracers that has to do with cats.
