Based on the drop track record and frequency I think it will not return to the store until 2/8/2023. This also happens to be exactly 1 week before the Season 2 release which gives people time to complete the Atomgrad raid challenge one last time. The amount of time between each drop appears to be exactly 4 weeks on a Wednesday. This makes the most sense to me.
