I found it !!! When you are looking at your PKM’s Bundles, select the Old Country and it’s going to show you the Mother Russia Bundle. Then you just have to buy it !
You can unlock it by going to the Armory and browsing through your blueprints. It will show the ones you’ve unlocked and the ones you haven’t. Just chose a blueprint and it will direct you to the bundle, even if it isn’t featured in the store at the moment.
I wish they made it so they have a page of everything they’ve had in the store to this point. They just put everything out there. They’d make more money because some people like what they see and then it’s gone for good. Probably how this’ll turn out too.
You can buy every Cold War bundle but only through Cold War not through Warzone though

Not currently but by using the search function and looking up the bundle you can manually check it.
