The limited-time “Tracer Pack: Rambo Operator” Store Bundle introduces John Rambo, the troubled and misunderstood hero of the iconic Rambo movie series, to Call of Duty®. Rambo is a legendary name in cinema — if you haven’t heard of him by now, then here is your introduction:

1965: Graduates high school.

1966: Enlists in US Army. Deployed to South Vietnam.

1969: Redeployed to Vietnam as part of a long-range reconnaissance patrol unit commanded by Colonel Trautman.

1971: Captured by NVA troops, held as a prisoner of war.

1972: Escapes POW camp, and after a short recovery period requests immediate redeployment.

1974: Discharged from US Military 09/27/1974.

1981: Charged with vagrancy 12/81. After violently resisting arrest, flees into the woods, where after a protracted manhunt, involving multiple casualties, he is injured and arrested. He is later found guilty of murder, and imprisoned.

1985: Offered release from prison if he returns to Vietnam on a classified mission to search for other missing POWs.

Serving time for murder, highly decorated MACV-SOG solider John Rambo is offered one more mission — return to Vietnam and locate American POWs. If successful, he will be released, and given a full Presidential pardon…

John Rambo will be available via the “Tracer Pack: Rambo Operator” bundle in the Black Ops Cold War and WarzoneTM Store from 9PM PT on May 19 until June 18.

In addition to the Legendary Operator and his Operator Skin, this bundle includes three Legendary Weapon Blueprints: the “Rambo Classic” LMG (shown above), the “Bloodstained” Assault Rifle, and the “Rambo’s Knife” melee Blueprint.

This bundle also includes two Legendary Finishing Moves: the “Combat Kill” and the “Leap Shot,” with the latter using Rambo’s signature combat bow to dispatch an enemy combatant. Rounding out this bundle is the “Jungle Combat” Calling Card, the “Headband Engaged” Emblem, the “Amulet” Charm, and the “Rambo Special Forces” Watch.

In addition to the Legendary Operator and his Operator Skin, this bundle includes three Legendary Weapon Blueprints: the “Plaza Security” Assault Rifle (shown above), the “Hostage Situation” Tactical Rifle, and the “Shattered Plans” SMG, all based on iconic armaments from the film.

You’ll also receive the “Hidden Gun” Finishing Move, a signature McClane tactical maneuver that can be used by all Operators, as well as “McClane’s Watch,” the “Detective Badge” Charm, “Duct Tight” Calling Card, and the “Coordinated Attack” Emblem.
